Irish Maritime Pets Exhibit

The Museum of Maritime Pets, located at 75 Mechanic Street in Rockland
ME, celebrates Spring with an exhibit featuring Irish maritime pets. The
exhibit opens on Saturday, March 18 and runs through June 17.
The Museum is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11-4 or by appointment.
Ireland’s long seafaring and sporting heritage, coupled with its lakes and
waterways, have provided many ways for animals to interact with and
work beside humans. Our exhibit will feature some notable animals
contributing to that legacy as well as those who continue to play and work
with their human partners.
