  • Communicate respectfully and work effectively as part of a team
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working with youth in a professional setting, and a safe driving record
  • Feel an innate desire to make a positive difference in the lives of homeless and at-risk youth

This position will pay $42,000 – $50,000 / year based on experience, with additional compensation for on-call time. KCHC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes a choice of health coverage (including an employer-sponsored health savings account for Bronze level coverage), optional dental and vision insurance, paid time-off benefits, 13 paid holidays (including your birthday off, because you deserve it!), and additional time off in the summer.  Please note that all hires are subject to background checks including federal and state exclusion checks, DHHS check, and a Motor Vehicles Report check.

As the comprehensive youth program of Knox County Homeless Coalition (KCHC), The Landing Place (TLP) provides community-based support for highly resilient and often marginalized youth living in Midcoast Maine.
