Breaking cycles of poverty and homelessness in Midcoast Maine
Knox County Homeless Coalition (KCHC) is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to join us in our mission to end the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Mid-Coast Maine. As a Case Manager you will support and advocate for individuals and families who are facing homelessness by collaborating with a large network of community support providers.

Case Managers support clients by advocating for them in the community, helping them to identify needs and goals, and connecting them with appropriate state, community, and KCHC resources. Case Managers at KCHC work to achieve the agency’s mission on a daily basis. They help to identify and build on strengths, always treat clients with dignity and respect, and ultimately become trusted partners who help clients to reach sustainable independence.
The ideal Case Manager applicant will have experience in social services and a caring heart. Knowledge of community resources and services in Midcoast Maine is a plus! A bachelors degree in social work or related field is required, as well as a valid drivers license and safe driving record.
