We are currently accepting applications for an: Assistant Branch Manager, Rockland Branch
Position Description. There is an opening for a full-time Assistant Branch Manager in our Rockland branch. The ABM assists with the daily supervision of personnel and operational performance of the branch with a focus on assisting customers and FSS’s with all transactions, as well as deposit account and loan requests. The ABM will also run a teller drawer as needed while actively working to deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions. Developing new relationships and deepening existing relationships will be done through on-boarding follow up communication with the customer, referring sales opportunities to other bank departments, interviewing, processing, and closing consumer loan requests, home equities and possibly residential mortgages.
Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:
Extensive knowledge of banking products and services
Experience in sales, customer service and retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and leaderships skills
