Attention businesses!!!
The Union Fair is now accepting bids for the naming rights of our stage.
Our portable stage measures 24 feet long by 14 feet wide when fully extended. The stage can be easily moved around our fairgrounds based on the needs of an event.
The winning business will determine the name of the stage and will be able to create their own stage logo.
Our stage is used for the annual Maine Wild Blueberry Queen Coronation ceremony. Other uses of the stage have included entertainment acts like Maine’s own American Idol Star Julie Gagnon, bands, comedians, jugglers, and magicians.
Any use of the stage, during the Union Fair and/ or events requiring the stage held on the fairgrounds outside of the fair week, will be required use that stage name. This includes displaying the stage signage during that event(s) and to use the stage name in all promotional material to include social media, print media, radio, and television.
The minimum partnership is two years but can go up to five years. The bids need to include the per year partnership bid and the number of years of the partnership.
The deadline for bid submissions will be Friday December 13, 2024.
Bids can be mailed to the Union Fair P.O. Box 421, Union Maine 04862 or emailed to Rick Butler at Publicity@UnionFair.org.
