Holiday Beach Ocean Front Rentals

Rates:

Yellow and Brown Cottages: $1,800-$2,200/week (2-week minimum June - Sept.).

The Yellow Cottage

The cottage has a small lawn in front and is 50 feet away from the ocean. It has a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a gas heater downstairs for cool evenings and mornings. The large kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink, electric coffee pot, plates, silverware, lobster pot, and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is a full bath downstairs with a tub and shower combination. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have two twin beds that can be put together for a king. There is a half bath upstairs. Bed linens and towels are provided as well as pillows and blankets, a gas grill, firewood, cable TV,  phone,  and internet.

The Brown Cottage

The cottage is on a double lot with a large lawn in front. The distance from the door to the water is 150 feet. In the back and to the right of the cottage are woods, to the left is a lawn. It has a large living room with a dining area, a fieldstone fireplace, and a gas heater. The small but ample kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. There is a half bath downstairs. The second floor has a full bath with a tub and shower combination. There are three bedrooms upstairs - one queen and two double beds. Amenities include cable TV, phone, gas grill, firewood, linens, and internet.
For all rentals, a deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is required in advance with the balance plus 9% State Lodging Tax is due upon arrival.

Holiday Beach House Summer Rate: $1,900-$2,500/week (2-week minimum June - Sept.)
Holiday Beach House Winter Rate: $2,000/mo plus utilities (Oct. - May) (Seasonal rental 4-6 months at a time)

Holiday Beach House

The first floor of this fully furnished house has a large living room with a fireplace and dining area facing the water. Also on the first floor is a bath with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen including an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 king or two twins, 1 queen, 2 twins) and a cot or crib room as well as a full bath with tub and shower. Amenities include linens, cable TV, phone, gas grill, firewood, washer & dryer, and internet. This house is a year-round property available for winter rental. Call or email for further details.
