Since 2009 Maine Authors Publishing & Cooperative has been offering a complete array of services to local writers including a trade catalog and a trained sales representative, sent to bookstores and shops throughout Maine. While MAP is a "pay to publish" company, our authors cooperative offers much more than regular self-publishing can achieve by offering workshops, training, shared trade shows and marketing support to help authors get their books into the hands of their readers. Maine Authors Publishing & Cooperative is a subsidiary of Custom Museum Publishing Inc, Maine oldest niche publisher for artists, museum, galleries, nonprofits and historical societies. Both companies offer editing, design, printing and distribution services.
