Mazzeos knows wood and gas heating stoves! As a Maine wood stove dealer with over forty years in the hearth industry, we also know inserts, fireplaces, chimneys, venting systems, and more. Our showroom features dozens of fully installed & operational gas fireplaces, gas stoves, wood burning stoves, EPA fireplaces, and fireplace wood inserts.

From our beginning as a small chimney sweep business in the early 1970s to becoming a well respected hearth and home center in mid-coast Maine with one of the most impressive hearth appliance showrooms in the northeast, we’re the hearth industry professionals of Maine. We are now selling products to the grandchildren of our first customers.

Whether it’s whole-house heating with a larger wood stove or selecting a smaller unit to create a warm and cozy gathering place for the family or simply installing a gas fired heating stove for those occasional power outages, Mazzeo’s has the home heating solution for you.

Mazzeos sells appliances within a service area that was mutually agreed upon with our manufacturers. Our stove and fireplace manufacturers want assurance that their product line will be properly installed and serviced if required. This area is in mid coast Maine. We are located 90 miles up the coast from Portland, Maine and 40 miles from Augusta, our state capitol on the Kennebec River.

For the causal fire burner, Mazzeo’s stocks an extensive line of wood stove and fireplace accessories including hard-to-find hearth specialty items available for UPS shipment.

Mazzeos has sold Vermont Castings, Jotul, and Hearthstone heating stoves for decades and our staff is familiar with even the older woodstove models and will take the time to help order the right part the first time and Mazzeos can help our customers with professional installations, site reviews, chimney sweeping, and repairs. For Vermont Castings stove parts, Jotul stove parts and Hearthstone Stove parts, supply us with the model name and number as well as the serial number and we will research the part of you.
