Two-story waterfront house at Pulpit Harbor. Three bedrooms (two queen beds/one twin bed) sleep five people. Two full baths, fully remodeled kitchen, great view from the deck overlooking the beautiful Mill Stream. Dish TV, broadband Internet with WiFi, phone (cell phones get limited reception, calling cards work fine). Fully furnished with linens. Gas grill. No pets, no smoking. Use of boat dock with row boat available. Two kayaks available for rent.

Rates for June, September and October: $1000/week.

Rates for July and August: $1500/week ($1200/week for 2nd week and up).
