Rockport Harbor View Vacation Rentals

Located in the heart of downtown Rockport, Maine. These vacation rentals offer amazing amenities and stunning harbor views. Our Captain's Quarters and Crow's Nest apartments are available for short-term rentals starting June 4, 2022 through October 31, 2022. Long term rentals available from November 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.

Rentals at this property include all bed linens and towels.  Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bathmat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen.

KITCHEN includes a dishwasher, coffee maker (standard automatic drip), full dishware, glasses & utensils, Nutra bullet, refrigerator, oven and all cooking ware.

SERVICES include trash removal. Town water; air conditioning & heating; gas fireplace. Wi-Fi throughout the house; Smart LED TVs with cable access.

Tandem Kayaks are available across the street at the harbor for free.
