Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast

The Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast sits across the street from Lincolnville Beach , providing a breathtaking view of Penobscot Bay, the sunrise, sailboats and schooners, a view of the ferry to Islesboro, and a long stretch of sandy beach. Location wise, it is surrounded by the Ducktrap River, several lakes, Camden Hills State Park, the Rockland/Rockport/Camden/Belfast cultural and retail area, and the Camden Snow Bowl (home to alpine sports, with an ocean view from the summit, and the home to the U.S. Tobogganing Championships). These geographic highlights are complemented by numerous restaurants, a local vineyard, antique shops, the Camden Opera House and numerous places for kayaking, bike riding, hiking/snowshoeing, beachcombing, Windjammer cruises, day trips to Islesboro, golf, and more. We look forward to enjoying these benefits of our new home and sharing them with others, providing for the perfect getaway. Our rooms have individual charm and personality to meet the needs and comfort of our guests. However, though different as they may be, all rooms provide the many amenities that you will find necessary and helpful for an enjoyable stay. Eight relaxing and romantic rooms, all with ocean views, all with air conditioning, and baths en suite, some with Jacuzzi tubs. Specialty woods such as mahogany, cherry, oak, pine, walnut, and tiger maple add to the uniqueness of each room identified by their nautical names… The Crow’s Nest, Captain’s Quarters, Harbormaster’s Quarters, Chart Room, Navigator’s Quarters, Helmsman’s Quarters, First Mate’s Quarters, and the Fo’c’sle.
