Suites by the Sea

Suites by the Sea is located across the street from Lincolnville Beach. The first floor of our building is home to the Maine Artisans shop. Local artists come together to display and sell their hand made items. Our second floor consists of 2 studio apartments. Fully furnished, full kitchen and supplies, jetted tub, electric fireplace and private balcony with a view of the beach. For those early risers, you may catch a breath taking sunrise. The Captain's Quarters Penthouse is the perfect place to bring the whole crew. There is plenty of space for all, 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a queen size pull our sofa, and a daybed with trundle (2 twin beds), sleeps 10. There are 2 bathrooms, one contains a jacuzzi tub big enough for 2 and a walk in shower. The second bath has a 2 person walk in shower and a bidet. In the back sitting area you will find a baby grand piano, gas fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony overlooking the saltwater marsh. The front living room has another gas fireplace and a SMART TV. The kitchen has full size appliances and stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. There is plenty of counter space and a huge island with sink, to make food prep a snap. The front balcony, off the kitchen, overlooks the beach. The best spot to sit and relax, watch the sunrise, beach goers, boats and the ferry. Both balconies are fully screened, no bugs to ruin your evening. And for those who have problems with stairs, there is a chairlift available.
