Elms of Camden
Elms of Camden is an authentic New England Colonial and a fine example of preservation and restoration. One of the first homes in Camden, the house retains the original wide pumpkin-pine floors, windows, and 1806 cooking stove and fireplace. Each guestroom is individually decorated and feature Queen or King beds with custom linens, private bathrooms, and quality amenities. Some bathrooms have a jetted tub. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, free and secure WiFi, air-conditioning, a USB charging station, and most have a gas fireplace. A comfortable Keeping Room welcomes guests to gather and relax by the fire and enjoy lively conversation, relaxing chairs, good music, and a guest pantry. During the summer months, enjoy a large outdoor garden patio area tucked away for a bit of quiet and escape after a busy day! Perfect for a glass of wine or tea in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Each morning, enjoy a delicious, made-from-scratch breakfast served on the patio (weather permitting) or in the Keeping Room. The menu, inspired by Southern roots, local ingredients, and a dash of adventure changes daily; using only the freshest of local and seasonal ingredients. We welcome the opportunity to introduce our guests to our "simple breakfast...done right" motto that is the hallmark of our service. Fresh coffee and tea are available 24/7 and an afternoon treat s usually always available!
