Claws is growing! We are super excited to create a new Prep Manager position. This is a year round, salaried job (not seasonal), beginning April 1, 2023. Our successful candidate will need to be an organized self-starter and have experience in the food industry. You love to cook and you can work independently. You are also a morning person. You will need to be able to lift 40lbs. You will be willing to work a 6 day per week schedule from mid May through mid October. From mid-October through mid-May, hours are based upon catering jobs and meetings (very light). Salary range is $35k-$45K, depending on experience.
