Finish Carpenters

$3,000 Sign on Bonus!!   New Leaf Construction is looking for experienced Finish Carpenters for our growing and busy company in coastal Rockport, Maine. We are looking for someone with experience in all aspects of trim and molding work, threshold details, basic cabinetry, minor paint and urethane finishes (and maybe even a background in boatbuilding). A positive attitude, eager to learn new tips and “tricks of the trade”, as well as a willingness to take initiative and be self-motivated is key.  Keen attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions is important, but each employee is encouraged to keep an open mind to new ideas from coworkers.  An active driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must.
